The Paris Motor Show is one of the biggest automotive events of the season as automakers from around the world show-off their new, or newly redesigned, cars. And it looks like Kia is going big this year with the all-new redesigned Rio.

The super-mini Rio is the Korean automaker's pride and joy, and this refreshed version is sure to keep the 2015 Kia Rio in Phoenix atop the mini-car market.

The new exterior will be a big focus with a revised "tiger-nosed" front end, new color choices and new alloy wheels. Higher-end materials in the interior along with the addition of a seven-inch touchscreen and updated infotainment system follows Kia's trend of upscaling their brand with a more luxury-conscious feel.

Powertrains look to stay pretty much the same as the older models with the new Rio getting a 1.4-liter four-cylinder on the base trims, while higher trims get a slightly more powerful 1.6-liter four with both engines' power funneled through a six-speed automatic transmission.

And don't worry Kia lovers in Arizona, the automaker will also be launching its new Sorento and Optima Hybrid at the auto show, so stay tuned to see what new features and amenities the 2015 Kia Sorento and 2015 Kia Optima will have in Phoenix.

No word yet on when Camelback Kia will get the new 2015 Kia Rio in Phoenix, but be sure to keep checking back with us to see when this little guy will be making its U.S. debut. In the meantime, check out our fantastic line of new and used 2014 Kia Rios and see for yourself why people love this tiny car that is small in stature but big on charm!
