NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

1. No purchase necessary. Purchase will not increase the chances of winning. Enter by taking a test drive and filling out and submitting an entry form to Camelback Kia, 1450 E Camelback Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85014. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries or entries which are illegible or incomplete will be permitted. Limit one entry per day. Neither the sponsor nor any of its agencies are responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed entries. All materials submitted become the property of the sponsoring dealership and none will be returned.

a) Participants enter to win by either 1) submitting their contact info with the online form found on the website and then printing the response email and bringing it to the dealership and dropping that form confirmation into the 2014 Kia Soul in the showroom.  Or 2) taking a test drive at the dealership and printing their contact info in-store and also dropping it into the 2014 Kia Soul in the showroom.  The winner will be drawn at random from the submissions within this vehicle.

2. There will be one grand prize of a 36 month lease of a 2014 Kia Soul Base Hatchback. Winner will enter into a 36 month lease with Kia Motors Finance and Camelback Kia will make 36 monthly payments worth $6267.24. The lease includes 12,000 miles per year. Each additional mile will be billed to the Winner at a rate of $0.15/mile. The winner must qualify for a lease through Kia Motors Finance on approved credit.  Winners who do not qualify will be awarded the Cash Value of $3130 instead of the lease. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners may not substitute or transfer prizes. Winners will be required to complete, sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release. Winners will be responsible for all taxes related to the prize, including income taxes as well as insurance. Winner must provide proof of insurance and is subject to the lease requirements as determined by Kia Motors Finance.

3. The contest will begin on June 9, 2014 and end on June 30, 2014, at 8:00PM. The Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing of all eligible entries to be held at 5:00 PM on July 7, 2014. Winner does not be present for drawing.

4. Sweepstakes open to residents of Arizona who are 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license. Employees and immediate families of employees of Camelback Kia, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies are ineligible. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is subject to federal, state and local regulation. The decisions of the sponsor regarding this contest is final.

5. The name of the winner will be disclosed as provided by law. For the names of the winners, send a self addressed, stamped envelope to: Omni Automotive, 622 Banyan Trail, #300, Boca Raton, FL 33431.

6. Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winner's name, biographical information and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation.

7. By accepting the prize, winner releases Camelback Kia, its advertising and promotional agencies and each of their officers, directors, and employees, from any and all liability with respect to the prize or any actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damage, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with receipt, ownership, or use of any prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to or from any prize or contest related activity and winner also acknowledges that said parties have neither made, nor in any manner are responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, promise or guaranty, express or implied, relative to the prize or otherwise.
