What's New for the 2026 Kia K4?
The Kia K4 was a new arrival on the auto scene last year, so it doesn't have many updates in 2026. However, this year you can choose between the original sedan or a new hatchback design. What Are the 2026 K4 Trims & Features?
There are five trim levels available in the 2026 K4 lineup.
At the base level is the LX, which has many outstanding amenities. This trim is equipped with standard air conditioning, a four-speaker sound system, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a four-inch information display screen, and a remote keyless entry system. The exterior features heated side mirrors and 16-inch wheels covered with plastic.
The LXS follows with wheels made of alloy instead of steel. The sound system is upgraded to an audio system with six speakers, and the rear seats have a split-folding design. The LXS also emphasizes performance with more select driving modes.
Next in line is the EX, which has larger 17-inch alloy wheels. This trim has some interior upgrades as well, including upgraded cloth seats, a steering wheel and gear shifter wrapped in synthetic leather, soft-touch materials throughout the cabin, dual-zone climate control, and a 12.3-inch driver's information display screen. A wireless phone charging pad is standard with the EX as well.
The GT-Line follows with sport-specific enhancements. This trim level has larger 18-inch wheels and an exterior with satin chrome and glossy black accents. You'll also get a sport-tuned suspension system and a rear suspension system designed for better handling. The GT-Line features paddle shifters and some interior upgrades, including synthetic leather and cloth seats, heated front seats, a power-adjustable driver's seat, navigation, and a voice assist system.
Last is the GT-Line Turbo with a sunroof, upgraded headlights, a noise-reducing windshield, synthetic leather seats, and a Harman Kardon sound system.
How Much Horsepower Does the 2026 K4 Have?
All trims except the GT-Line Turbo are driven by a 2.0L four-cylinder engine that produces up to 147 horsepower and 132 pound-feet of torque. The GT-Line Turbo gets a turbo 1.6L four-cylinder engine that produces 190 horsepower and 195 pound-feet of torque. Front-wheel drive is standard.
What Safety Features Does the 2026 K4 Include?
The K4's safety package includes a rear passenger reminder, a driver attention monitoring system, adaptive cruise control, and forward collision mitigation.
