Vincentric, an automotive data analysis firm, recently announced the recipients of their 2014 Best Value in America Awards and we're happy to reveal that the 2014 Kia Forte Koup was one of the vehicles to earn this prestigious honor. The two-door beauty picked up the "Best Value in America" award in the Compact Coup segment, surpassing all other cars in the category, including last year's winner, the Honda Civic.
To determine the recipients of their "Best Value in America" awards, Vincentric measured cost-of-ownership by using eight different factors, which included fees & taxes, maintenance, opportunity cost, repairs, financing, fuel, insurance and depreciation. They found that the Kia Forte Koup excelled in these areas and delivered competitive prices, making it the perfect car to receive the "Best Value" honor.
"The all-new 2014 Forte Koup being named 'Best Value in America' in the Compact Coupe category by Vincentric emphasizes Kia's commitment to advancing value to new levels of sophistication," said Michael Sprague, executive vice president of sales and marketing, Kia Motors America. "Aside from offering a sporty driving experience, world-class design and cutting-edge technology, our award-winning two-door has also proven itself to be an affordable and sensible choice within its competitive set."
