Kia made a very impressive debut at the 2017 Los Angeles Motor Show last month: the all-new Kia Soul Exclaim Turbo.
This high-powered version of the bestselling car is something that Soul shoppers have been wanting for years, offering not only the terrific amenities, cargo space and driving feel of the standard Soul, but also a nice power upgrade that will have them zipping along city streets with ease.
“We wanted to provide loyal Soul lovers and new buyers a sportier option,” said Orth Hedrick, vice president, product planning KMA. “The 2017 Soul Exclaim with its turbocharged engine gives the car’s fans another wonderful choice from an already wonderful line-up.”
The new Soul Exclaim is getting a 1.6-liter turbocharged engine that produces 40 more horsepower than its cousins the Soul Plus and the Soul Base. On top of that, drivers will also find that the Exclaim gets an enhanced 7-speed Dual Clutch transmission that provides smoother shifting, and thus a more dynamic driving experience.
Kia isn’t stopping there, this new Soul will also be getting more sporty features like exclusive 18-inch wheels, a chrome grille surround, a red-accent body trim, a dual chrome twin-tip exhaust and a unique Soul tailgate badge.
