Consumer Guide Automotive has chosen the Kia K900 and the Kia Soul as its picks for the prestigious Best Buy Awards in both the Premium Large Car and Subcompact Car segments. The annual award is given out to the best vehicles in 20 distinct segments based on their price and overarching value.

Kia Motors received some divine intervention this week, when Pope Francis chose a Kia Soul as his touring vehicle during his five-day trip to South Korea. The Pope, known for his predilection for smaller, compact cars, slipped into the backseat of a black Kia Soul after his plane landed in South Korea's capital of Seoul.
